Worth doing because
refers to an entire branch of Japanese literature; some of the article I am editing now (Buraiha) makes little sense without 戯作, because the Buraiha were also known as 新戯作派.

Japanese version seems plagiarized, much of it coming from here, word-for-word: [1], which is not mentioned in their reference list. I've translated all but the last, highly-plagiarized paragraph. This one also makes a lot of reference to "gesaku"-related terms, so i recommend that someone translate the gesaku page first, so that the vocab and names used on both pages will not be in discord. Bueller 007 09:42, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
"The Decadents (or Buraiha writers) had an impact during the immediate postwar years precisely because of their opposition to the inflated and hypocritical.." ( Harvard Journal of Asiatic Studies, 1996 )-- I'll see if I can pull some information to enhance the article from an Asian Literature Journal or something. --Kunzite 03:14, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
