[edit] Proposals
Several members have suggested that we should move forward with our project instead of waiting for the programmers to install footnotes in. There are a series of proposal candidates here that we will vote on to become the format and method used to fact and reference check new articles. Feel free to vote on any one, and with your vote you may comment on which changes you'd like, if any. Feel free to submit your own proposals as well.
Voting will officially start on November 7th, to give everyone time to develop their own proposals if they'd like to submit one. If you need an extension please discuss in the talk page.

Wikipedia:WikiProject Fact and Reference Check/Proposal 1 This proposal has 'classical' footnotes. One footnote per reference.
Wikipedia:WikiProject Fact and Reference Check/Proposal 2 This proposal has dynamic footnotes that can bring you to the text. There is one footnote per fact with multiple references beneath. This method has the advantage of preventing multiple footnotes per statement12345, for example.
