Wikipedia:WikiProject Digimon Systems Update/Digimon layout

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Note: Major article re-organization and merging that will effect most Digimon articles is currently being discussed. All interested editors are invited to join the discussion and share their input.

{{Infobox Digimon}} For details about how to fill this, see Template talk:Infobox Digimon.

Insert a short introduction of the Digimon after the infobox, with mention of partner (if pertinent). The first line should clearly state that the creature is fictional and comes from the franchise/anime/whatever is appropriate.

The Japanese name, or alternative name(s) should redirect to the nearest English dubbed name possible. For example, V-mon redirects to Veemon.

Illustrations: If possible, the Infobox should contain a screenshot more than 270px wide, which is then resized to 270px. Official character art are used to illustrate the Data section. Additional screenshots may illustrate specific under "Appearances". If no good official art can be found, cropped card scan may be used to illustrate the Infobox.
