  • To be manually moved to article's talk page or deleted:
  • Nancy Cruzan - Landmark case that established that the "United States Constitution would grant a competent person a constitutionally protected right to refuse lifesaving hydration and nutrition." The article on Wikipedia is exactly one paragraph long, I kid you not. ~ Neuroscientist June 28, 2005 16:40 (UTC)
  • Martin Heidegger - article is clearly biased against the man, and the talk page seems to make it clear that an interviewwhich dominates the article misrepresents itself, and is in a number of places explicitly wrong. (Sam Spade | talk | contributions) 10:16, 8 Mar 2005 (UTC)
  • Roger Montgomery/Temp - This page was apparently created after Roger Montgomery was listed as a possible copyright violation. It's a very longwinded tribute article. It needs to be either deleted, or renamed, trimmed down a lot, and formatted like an encyclopedia entry. Jbinder 21:21, 16 Feb 2005 (UTC)
  • Angus G. Wynne - doesn't really say anything much about the man or his life. -- Solipsist 07:23, 28 Sep 2004 (UTC)
  • Herdsman - How come no one is focusing on the question at Talk:Herdsman?? 66.245.103.69 01:43, 21 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Ramon Valdez--is this the right name, or is it Valdes, and where do the accent marks go? If the name is in doubt, it makes me wonder about the article. [[User:Meelar|Meelar (talk)]] 21:10, 2004 Aug 7 (UTC)
  • Jessica Mitford - mostly has info on her early years & social life, only minimal detail on her (fairly popular & influential) writing; needs work from someone familiar with the subject. -FZ 17:30, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC)
  • Derek Vestey -- confusing relationships need clarifying from someone with knowledge of the Vestey family. 08 May 2004.
  • William Caxton -- not quite sure what should be done with the big slice of source text that dominates the article. Bmills 12:01, 6 Feb 2004 (UTC)
  • Anne Hutchinson - is a caricature of her biography, I already added link for a source for rewriting. andy 19:41, 14 Sep 2003 (UTC)
  • Poul Martin Moller - one-author article on this philosopher needs wikifying, expanding, and maybe a little NPOV. All I could do was remove the e-mail address and request for information. Paullusmagnus 01:53, 3 Jan 2004 (UTC)
  • Karl Eberhard Schongarth - first paragraph makes little sense. The second paragraph is mainly a series of phrases with unknown acronyms. RedWolf 06:22, Nov 11, 2003 (UTC)
  • N. Senada - requires verification. Onebyone 22:50, 3 Feb 2004 (UTC)
  • Lew Wallace - Just a list of bullet points with the heading "Notes toward an article". --Paul A 06:51, 23 Sep 2003 (UTC)
  • Richard Clarke - He's been in the news a lot, so it'd be good to get this in better shape. --Wapcaplet 18:49, 26 Mar 2004 (UTC)
  • James Caan - fanography. Needs wikification, NPOV'ing, copyedit Ellsworth 16:27, 9 May 2004 (UTC)
  • Florence Ballard - Article is replete with misinformation, wrong information and misspellings. Seems to have been written from hearsay or urban legend or something. (I have checked many websites on Florence Ballard). --User:Oobopshark
  • Ernest Borneman -- Lots still missing from Borneman's biography. In the 1980s and 1990s in Germany and Austria, no one knew that he had had a life before becoming a "sexologist". Some claim he had a strange attitude to paedophilia. His books must also be mentioned. Finally, his suicide came as a surprise to many who had been listening to him on TV talking positively about life. <KF> 08:53, 10 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Historical figures

  • Benjamin Franklin needs some serious wiki magic, particularly the pop culture section. Any help is very much appreciated. MagnoliaSouth | Talk 13:49, 13 September 2006 (UTC)
  • Hippocrates needs expansion per top comment on Talk:Hippocrates. Arniep 17:35, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Kemal Ataturk is blatantly POV, especially the "criticism" section. Words like "evil" are used to describe Armenians. Section ends with "Long live Ataturk!"
  • John III of Portugal -- The objective is to make it a featured article. It just need some cleanup regarding grammar and syntax. It was translated from Portuguese. Please help.--Gameiro 00:40, 13 July 2005 (UTC)
  • Marie Antoinette: It looks to me like this has been recently and completely rewritten, anonymously and without comments or even a single cited reference, and removing the 1911 Encyclopædia Britannica reference that was previously given. This cannot be entirely good. On the other hand, it doesn't look like a terrible article. I don't have the interest and the patience to evaluate it myself. I suspect that some material from the old version should have been preserved; certainly references are needed. -- Jmabel | Talk 19:24, Feb 10, 2005 (UTC)
  • John Ireland(archbishop) - Needs a look by someone with better knowledge and historical resources about the man. Look into his political activity. --69.5.156.155 07:20, 7 Sep 2004 (UTC)
  • Borjijite - needs looked at by someone who knows about this. Borjijite needs to be closer to the top and define what it is a lot better. rhyax 00:34, 6 Sep 2004 (UTC)
  • De Sayd - Maltese and Mediterranean history checking, links. -- 80.58.3.239 16:29, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Robert Abbot - information about his actual significance is still needed, from cleanup. rhyax 07:12, 4 Sep 2004 (UTC)
  • Sant Cassia - Edit wars, vfd, copyright issues. you name it. rhyax 08:15, 31 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Philip Freneau - He needs some information on him. His poetry was quite important.
  • Fernando Lopes - Needs to be formatted into Wikipedia coventions. And needs to be edited. Kingturtle 18:11, 19 Feb 2004 (UTC)
  • Heseri Dead-end-page. needs wikification desperately by a specialist in chinese history. Panta rhei 13:28, 11 Jul 2004 (UTC)
  • Lou Rawls, actually listed a *few* things. If someone starts the outline and some text I'll flesh it out more. New, not knowing how to write a bio hurts me... see his own bio for startsJoeHenzi 06:58, 20 Aug 2004 (UTC)
It actually needs much more. Someone once wrote a biography of him, which might be worth checking for additional insights and to spot other errors. The previous version, taken from an internet site, had Ruthenberg campaigning for Norman Thomas five years after he died. Italo Svevo 10:49, 3 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Leaders

  • Rafiq Hariri needs structural improvement, especially in the introduction. Needs more information about his political career.
  • Maltese nobility needs some serious formatting by someone who is good at that (ie, not me :-) ). As it looks copypasted, it might also need copyright-checking, but note that the original contributor seems to be the owner of www.maltagenealogy.com. See User talk:Tancarville
  • Deng Xiaoping, article hardly has any information from Deng's revolutionary days. This important part of his life cannot be ignored. [[User:Colipon|Colipon+(T)]] 22:26, 18 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Genghis Khan - the page needs info on Khan uniting the tribes before his conquest, and needs info on Khan's aborted conquest of Europe.

Professions

  • Shock jock - Somewhat POV, not very descriptive. --Spikey 03:06, 21 Jan 2004 (UTC) --- I rewrote this to expand, NPOV, and wikify. Should be much better, improvements welcome. KeithTyler 01:02, May 28, 2004 (UTC)
  • Waiter -- slightly imbalanced; also needs spicing up. <KF> 02:43, 7 Feb 2004 (UTC)
  • Arborist - currently a "how to hire" guide, should be a better description of what an arborist does. Also seems to have a POV about particular methods. --Finlay McWalter 03:49, 4 Jan 2004 (UTC)

Other

  • Bloody Benders, family of serial killers. Article needs pictures and more info.
  • Michael Ross, mass murderer, needs a better article, currently listed on VfD for not expressing his notability. Sam Spade 14:05, 30 Jan 2005 (UTC)
  • Quinquagenarian - Can anyone discuss adding a list of such people on the model of the articles of sexagenarian and septuagenarian?? (Any detailed comments please put on the article's talk page.) Georgia guy 18:47, 22 Jan 2005 (UTC)
  • Cochrane – Needs an introductory paragraph from someone who knows what they're talking about (not me), and probably other work too. —Brent Dax 07:53, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC)
  • Indian family name - someone else added the {{attention}} template but it is not listed on these pages. Not really sure if I've got the right section so feel free to move it. There#s a lot of information in the article but not structured coherently and some of the writing could be improved. Note that I've also suggested that the smaller page Indian name is merged into Indian family name. -- Muntfish 08:34, 5 August 2005 (UTC)
  • Fisseha Yimer is the proper name of the permanent Ethiopian representative to the United Nations, but for some reason this information has been repeatedly removed from this page. All other information is POV and unverifiable. User:Seja430 5 March 2006
  • Eric Brill - Appears to be a joke article about a real person. Nurg 10:54, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
