This Wikiproject encompasses all articles related to the television series Battlestar Galactica. This includes both the classic 1978 series and the re-imagined 2004 series, as well as the spin-offs Galactica 1980 and Caprica.

• Improve and expand upon articles regarding the television series.
• Improve and expand upon articles regarding characters and the actors who portrayed them.
• Improve and expand upon articles regarding related products, such as novels, comics, and other items of note.
• Improve and expand upon articles on individual episodes of each series.
• Add to the available fair-use images related to articles.
• Categorize articles, using Category:Battlestar Galactica and subcategories as a starting point.
• Where needed, create and maintain appropriate navigation templates.

• Expand articles in Category:Battlestar Galactica stubs.
• Expand articles on original series episodes found in Category:Battlestar Galactica (1978) episodes.
• Create, wikilink and expand articles on re-imagined series episodes, categorizing them in Category:Battlestar Galactica (2004) episodes.
