Welcome to WikiProject Argentina, a WikiProject created to better organize, coordinate, expand, and present information in articles related to Argentina. Our mission is to develop and improve all Argentina-related articles in order to make Wikipedia an accurate and reliable resource for Argentina-related information. Please see the To do list and the Geography Section for our current activities and wanted articles. Remember to be bold! How can you help us:

  • Create new articles. Possible approaches include:
    1. Start with a list of mostly red links, and write at least short stubs for each item.
    2. Fill in some important field, i.e: actors, historical buildings, national parks, animals.
    3. Grab material from other Wikipedias. The Spanish WP is an obvious choice, but also try the very large German WP if you understand German.
    4. If you create a new article, please add it to the list at the Argentina-related regional notice board.
  • Edit other articles. Possible approaches include:
    1. Expand stubs.
    2. Fill in and check sources, references and external links.
    3. Fill in categories.
    4. Copy edit: check spelling and punctuation, standardize dates, mark stubs.
  • Advertise the project. Use {{WikiProjectNotice|Argentina}} on talk pages to show that you're working specifically for this project.
  • Maintain our WikiPortal.
