help needed

Greetings,

I need your help again.

This time, I have a 2:27 minute mpeg (25 MB) video clip that gives a snapshot of Tehran University. I intend to upload it on Tehran University and Higher education in Iran articles. The video clip is made by the Public Relations Office of Tehran University itself. My father worked there. I think the videoclip will be very useful, albeit being very brief and only glancing.

To where do I upload it (is it just like an image)? And what about tagging? Does it need it, and if so, how?--Zereshk 23:28, 21 February 2006 (UTC)
