I have been an avid reader of wikipedia for years and think its about time that I started doing some contributing/editing and so I guess I should have a page explaining what I am about.

I am a product/project manager with an MBA and a free market way of looking at the world. I am also interested in health subjects, particularly kinesthetic methods such as Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais. Being a wikipeidian I think it goes without saying that I am interested in all things on-line and social networking systems.

I live in Chepstow in the UK and am an avid backgammon player.
