As this template is for linking for non en Wikisource pages, would it make sense to add a link to an en translation? Or maybe another template for this purpose. Mock-up:

Wikisource has the original language text related to this article:

In addition, Wikisource as a translation in English:

Obviously a bit cluttered, that can be worked out though.
