Wiener Sportclub

The Wiener Sportclub - commonly referred to just as WSC - is Vienna's oldest Athletics Club, established in 1883. The Wiener Sportclub has its traditional home in the Dornbach quarter of (Vienna). The club's colours are black and white.
The club comprised during its history Fencing, Boxing, Wrestling, Cycling, Handball, Track & Field, Field Hockey, Tennis, football and waterpolo departments. Besides the football section only the fencing and the waterpolo departments are still active. The latter was founded in 2005
The football team were Austrian champions in 1922, 1958 and 1959.
In the 1958 European Champions Cup WSC inflicted a 7-0 defeat on Juventus which is still the highest defeat ever for an Italian club team in any European cup competition. Player and later coach and manager Erich Hof is the club's legend.
