Wicked Wicked Hammerkatz

The Wicked Wicked Hammerkatz are a New York city based sketch comedy troupe who have been performing regular sketch revues at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater since early 2004.
The Hammerkatz were named Best Sketch Comedy Troupe in New York City 2005, by the Emerging Comics of New York Awards, and their director AJ Morales was named Best Director for 2005.
In the tradition of the classic sketch comedy show The State, the Hammerkatz began at New York University in 2002 and filmed and performed in many of the same locations. Hammerkatz continues to have an NYU student troupe under the same name which performs student sketch shows during school semesters.
The Wicked Wicked Hammerkatz are Greg Burke, Dominic Dierkes, Donald Glover, Dan Gregor, Doug Mand, AJ Morales, Lou Perez and DC Pierson.
