Whole Wheat Bread is a punk band from Jacksonville, Florida. They are currently recording on Fighting Recordings.

The band completed a US tour in 2006 with MxPx, Streetlight Manifesto & Reel Big Fish plus a couple upcoming shows with punk legends Rancid, and then another U.S. tour with The Bouncing Souls. It confirmed that C.J. (aka "Johnny Rock") from Atlanta-based rock band El Pus (formerly on Virgin Records) will be playing bass for the rest of Whole Wheat Bread's tour.
Their album, Minority Rules, reached #8 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart.
The band released a new EP on November 7, 2006 called Punk Life. The EP contains 3 original punk songs and 3 "crunk rock" versions of rap songs.
