Who's Who
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It is also used as an expression meaning a collection or group of noted persons. There are also Who's Who scams that use pumped up marketing and email spam techniques to get anyone to join to become a member of a "prestigious" registry that involves the payment of an exhorbitant fee.
