The song had a big revival in 1958 by Connie Francis, and since then the song has become generally associated with her due to the massive worldwide popularity of her version: it reached #4 on the Billboard charts in the U.S. and earned a gold record for sales of one million copies, and spent six weeks at #1 in the U.K.
