Whitekirk (East Lothian)

Whitekirk is a village in East Lothian, Scotland. It is 5 miles from North Berwick, 8 miles from Dunbar and 25 miles east of Edinburgh. The village church is actually made from red sandstone and is the origin of the name "Whitekirk" is unknown. Whitekirk Golf Course & Country Club features an excellent golf course (especially given its comparative youth) and some of the best fitness facilities in the county.
