White Widow is a very potent strain of cannabis popular in coffee shops in the Netherlands. It has won the Cannabis Cup and is named for the abundance of trichomes, giving the plant a whitish tint. It is mostly known for its effect on the nervous system, causing temporary lack of co-ordination and sometimes the full inability to move. However, the quality of White Widow strains has decreased sharply. The heavy indica hit it is noted for has become lessened in many strains.

White Widow is an indica/sativa cross of an Indian (indica) and Brazilian (sativa) strain. The taste is very fruity. When drying, it can smell like overripe apples.
