White Park

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

White Park cattle are an ancient breed, with a documented heritage of 1000+ years, and references (in Irish sagas) twice as old.

They are big animals with a good record of calving, some calving until age 15, and similar in marking to British White, but with short black tipped horns.

White Park generally are found only on rare breed farms such as Appleton Farms in Massachusetts (USA) or Wimpole Home Farm in Cambridgeshire (UK) but they do have potential as a beef animal.
