White Bread, Black Beer is the fifth (not including compilations) album from post-punk 'group' Scritti Politti. It features the single "The Boom Boom Bap" and was released on Rough Trade Records. Alongside works by Thom Yorke, Lou Rhodes and Hot Chip, the album was nominated for the 2006 Mercury Music Award.
