White Blood Cells is the third album by American rock band The White Stripes, released in 2001 (see 2001 in music).

The band's commercial breakthrough, White Blood Cells eventually reached #61 on the Billboard 200, going gold and selling over 900,000 units. The album also reached #58 in the United Kingdom, being bolstered in both territories by "Fell in Love with a Girl" and its use of Lego animation in its Michel Gondry-directed music video. Stylus Magazine rated it the 15th greatest album of 2000-2005.

The album was dedicated to Loretta Lynn, instigating a friendship between Lynn and both Jack White and Meg White. In 2004, Jack White would produce Lynn's comeback hit album Van Lear Rose.
