Description

English: Previously known as Whiteways and Laidlaw Building (corresponding to Harrods of London or Saks of New York), this British built edifice is witness to the city's monumental decay. Attempts are on to renovate it as a heritage site. Mjanich has taken this photo himself in mid 2004 with my own Sony DSC-707.
