Chelsea's best friend from Summer Camp comes to visit and has so much in common with Chelsea that Raven feels she's losing her best friend to someone else. Cory thinks Cindy is breaking up with him but he is mistaken when she just wanted to spend some time with her friends and accidentally breaks up with her.
