Four daring and imaginative young kids - who are real stars on wheels - band together to keep the soul of their community alive and make their world a better place. There's brash, athletic Akim, bright but somewhat starry-eyed Jessica, Bob the irrepressible musician and Johnny the blossoming artist. Not to mention Emily, the pretty rich girl who proves to be a precious ally.
