Wharton Asia Business Conference

The Wharton Asia Business Conference (WABC), established in 1995 at The Wharton School, is a leading and prominent student-led business forum in the U.S. that is focused on Asia. The WABC strives to provide a comprehensive coverage on current trends in the dynamic economies of Asia, provide a forum for in-depth discussion on key issues pertaining to the sustainability of Asia's tremendous growth, and highlight the excitement associated with new developments in this region.

Originally founded in 1995 as the Asian Capital Markets Conference, the Wharton Asian Business Conference has enjoyed tremendous success and growth. In just ten years, the conference has more than doubled in size and attracts participants and speakers from across the country and from abroad.

As an integral component of the Wharton Global Business Forum, WABC has successfully brought Asia's intricate business issues to the global front by hosting annual energetic dialogues between current and future business leaders. In recent years, 400 attendees have gathered to exchange ideas with prominent business figures, policy makers, working professionals, and students from several graduate and undergraduate institutions.
