Whanganui

Various places in New Zealand are called Whanganui:
- Te Whanganui a Hei, Maori for Cathedral Cove, a famous sea cave
- Te Whanganui a Tara, Maori for Wellington, New Zealand's capital city
Please note that there are also several places spelled 'Wanganui' without a 'h':
- Wanganui (a city at the mouth of the Whanganui River spelled with h)
- Wanganui River, a different river on the South Island
