Westfield Southlake, formerly Southlake Mall is a shopping mall in Hobart, Indiana. The tract of land on which it sits was annexed from Merrillville, Indiana in 1993 and as the US Postal Service has left it in Merrillville's ZIP Code, many stores still consider themselves to be Merrillville establishments. It's anchor stores are Macy's, Carson Pirie Scott, JCPenney, and Sears. The Macy's store was named L.S. Ayres prior to September 9, 2006.
The Westfield Group acquired the shopping center in early 2002, and renamed it "Westfield Shoppingtown Southlake", dropping the "Shoppingtown" name in June 2005.
