[edit] What's there?
The Westbrook area is based around the Westbrook Centre: there is an ASDA supermarket, a variety of neighbouring shops catering for most needs, and a multi-screen Odeon cinema. The concourse area features red brick paving, giving the area a warm, continental feel.
The region is also home to several public houses including the Memphis Belle, named after Warrington's links with the American air force through World War II, and the Seven Woods. Westbrook also houses Mary Anne Meadows playing fields, where a series of local league sports clubs are hosted. These playing fields have offered footballing berths to a host of young players, in particular to Cromwell Athletic team circa 1999-2002.
