West Virginia Route 106 is an unsigned state route for the cable-stayed East Huntington Bridge crossing the Ohio River from the Guyandotte section of Huntington to Proctorville, Ohio. While unsigned from the ground, it is shown on maps as a labeled state route.
The northern approach (from State Route 7) is the recently-extended State Route 607; its southern terminus is a pair of ramps (northbound onramp from Fifth Avenue, southbound offramp to Third Avenue) connecting it to US 60.
