West Virginia Avenue is an avenue in Northeast Washington, D.C. Its southern terminus is the intersection of 8th and K Streets (NE). Its northern terminus lies at the intersection of Montana and New York Avenues. While West Virginia Avenue is mostly a residential thoroughfare, it bounds the eastern edge of Gallaudet University's campus. To its east, West Virginia Avenue also bounds the Trinidad neighborhood.
