West Green is a neighbourhood within the town of Crawley in West Sussex, England. West Green is located immediately to the west of the town centre. It is bordered by Northgate to the east, Ifield and Langley Green to the north west and Southgate to the south.
It was one of the first neighbourhoods to be constructed by the new town development corporation in the 1950s. Indeed a street near to the town centre was used a prototype for future New Town developments. The neighbourhood has a mixture of commercial and residential property.
The area contains a hospital, a fire station, an ambulance station, a bowling alley, a 15 screen cinema, a supermarket and a hotel.
