West End, Sheffield

The West End is an area in the City Centre of Sheffield, England. It is a relatively new term, having been coined in late 2006. It primarily refers to the area alongside Glossop Road and Western Bank, up to the Broomhill district of the city. It hosts the Sheffield Children's Hospital, and the former Central Sheffeld University Hospitals, that is The Royal Hallamshire Hospital (and it's Jessop Wing), Weston Park Hospital and the Charles Clifford Dental Hospital and also the University
