West Catholic Athletic League

The West Catholic Athletic League or WCAL is a high school athletic conference in the Central Coast Section of the California Interscholastic Federation. It is made up of private Catholic schools and one Christian school in the Western and Southern portions of the San Francisco Bay Area.

- Notre Dame High School (Belmont) - girls
- Presentation High School (San Jose) - girls
- Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco)
- Sacred Heart Preparatory School (Atherton)
- Saint Francis High School (Mountain View)
- Saint Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco)
- Junípero Serra High School (San Mateo) - boys
- Valley Christian High School (San Jose)
