Wesley Chesbro was a State Senator from California's 2nd district from 1998 until 2006. He was a member of the California Integrated Waste Management Board immediately prior to becoming State Senator. He had also served as a Humboldt County Supervisor and an Arcata city councilman. Senator Chesbro was term limited in 2006 and was replaced by former Assemblywoman Pat Wiggins.
