Wes Bergmann (born in 1984) is well-known for his participence in MTV's popular reality show the Real World. He is a former cast member from the 16th season of the Real World. The Real World: Austin premiered June 21, 2005. Along with his appearance in the Real World, Wes has also taken part in two of the many Real World/Road Rules Challenges such as Fresh Meat and most currently The Duel. He is also well known for his muscular body and cockiness. Bergmann was originally from Leawood, Kansas before he attented the Real World. Wes attended the Arizona State University.

[edit] Real World History
During his stay in the The Real World: Austin, which premiered June 21, 2005, he was known as the Kansas Frat Boy. He auditioned for The Real World for a new lifestyle, saying that he did not see much in Kansas and needed a new view on life. During the show, he was seen messing around with the "groupe drawer"(a drawer with random girl numbers) along with fellow cast member Nehemiah Clark. He met best friend Danny Jamieson, and Melinda Stolp, who became Danny's fiancee after the season ended and then wife. During his stay and on the The Real World: Austin he had a mêlée along with fellow cast member Nehemiah against another cast member Rachel. He hooked up with Hooters girl Ren, but eventually broke up which was one of the reasons the fight happened against Rachel, she had not kept his secret to herself.

Wes was attracted to Johanna throughout the season, and when the show ended they started a relationship. Wes said on the Real World/Road Rules: The Duel that he wishes to marry her and have children with her.
[edit] Fresh Meat History
His appearance on the Fresh Meat was his first appearnce on a Challenge. He was partnered up with Casey and according to him she was useless. After winning five Exiles, he and his partner placed in 3rd on the final mission and went home with 10,000 dollars each.
During his stay he had a major blow-out with girlfriend Johanna, as she would not attempt to change other's decisions on who to vote into Exile, as Wes wanted Tina Barta in the Exile. At the end of the next they ended up reconciling right after Johanna stood up for Casey. Because Wes was not trating her like a real partener. Although Johanna ended up leaving Australia, their relationship was fixed.

This is Wes' second Challenge. People around the challenge are afraid to go into the Duel with him due to his triumphs during the Exile in Fresh Meat. So far he has won no missions, but has created an alliance with Anessa, Beth, Svetlana, and Nehemiah, although Beth and Nehemiah have already been sent home. His next task was to battle Derrick in the duel, which he won. Wes is left to ponder what will become of him and the challenge.
