[edit] Removed content

I've removed some content added by Peejay78.

The surrounding land is notable for the huge crop of psilocybin mushrooms, a source of scandal during the school's history due to the students' occasional sampling of their hallucinatory delights.
Other famous headteachers include Michael Downward, famously nicknamed "Daisy", the name of his dog who, it is said, 'possesed more charisma'.

It may be true or not, but it's not really relevent or important to the article. Anyone else's views? Jack 18:25, 17 April 2006 (UTC)

I was inclined to remove since no source was given, however I did manage to confirm that Michael Downward had been headmaster, and although I thought the other items even if true were more in the nature of trivia than significant facts about the school, I was a bit worried that a signicant public scandal might have occured. Anyway no you have made the deletion I support your action. -- Op. Deo 22:26, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, Michael Downward was headmaster - he left the year before I started I think. I also believe that his nickname was 'Daisy', and a large Daisy was painted on the roof of one of the buildings by a group of leavers in reference to the nickname. Jack 01:21, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
