Is there any possibility that some variation of WestCOT and/or Disney Seas could be the basis for the third gate, to be built on the recently purchased strawberry fields?

Probably Not. Its more likely that a water park would be built there. There is no enough land to support anything the magnitude of WestCOT or anything remotely close to it. The land only contains about 56 acres.
