Talk:Werewolf (Harry Potter)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I changed the category back to "Werewolves in fiction" (as opposed to "Werewolves in written fiction") because at least one of the Harry Potter universe werewolves has also appeared in a film (and others likely will appear in films later), making the category of "Werewolves in written fiction" inadequate. The only other way I see around this problem is to double-categorize it with "Werewolves in written fiction" and "Werewolves in film and television" but I think that would be silly. While they only have small differences from normal wolves in the books, Lupin in Prisoner of Azkaban is much more of a anthromorphic wolf. Would it be appropriate to discuss this difference in the article? Some addition addressing the different appearance in books/appearance in film? 24.226.31.187 01:06, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
