Wells Community Academy High School is a public secondary school located in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

Wells, which serves grades 9 through 12, is a part of the Chicago Public Schools.

The school is located in the West Town area. Some areas of the Chicago Loop area, including The New Eastside, Palmolive Building and Water Tower Place, are zoned to Wells; 340 on the Park will be zoned to Wells when it opens, if the school boundaries stay the same when 340 on the Park opens.

Wells opened in 1935 as a high school. Originally, the city of Chicago planned for Wells to open as a junior high school in 1930; construction of the school was delayed [1].

Wells requires school uniforms [2]. Students may wear white shirts and tops and blue and denim blue bottoms.
