Webmasterneo is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
Until recently a Human Resources and Admin Services Manager by profession, employed by one of the biggest Internet Service Providers (ISP) in the Philippines, Neo is now a consultant for a Human Resource service and outsourcing company.
A primary contributor to wikipedia article Mark Cardona and template Template:Infobox PBA Player, Neo designs web pages using X/HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
Maintaining several websites under MLP Design, the most popular and the more time consuming of which is the Mark Cardona: Captain Hook webpage, Neo also supports and contributes to Open Web Design.org, "a resource for users with no design skills to quickly put up a site... and as a way for designers to share their designs and showcase their talent".
