We're All To Blame is the 1st single from Chuck by Sum 41 the song is about the state of the world the war, people dying, people living in fear, corporations, etc.; and how everyone is to blame for either causing a problem or letting it go on, basically the song is saying if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.

The song is one of the most critically aclaimed Sum 41 singles, it was writen after their trip to the Congo and is the song that represent their travel to the war zone. The song goes from fast-paced to slow-paced and to fast-paced again, this structure is in the entire song as they represent when they where in calm and from one second to another between shoots and war.

[edit] Video

The video is a spoof of Solid Gold (it even features the solid gold dancers) and at the end the announcer tells us the next guest is Pain For Pleasure (which of course featured the band dressed in the very costumes used for the "Pain For Pleasure" music video). Marc Klasfeld was the director of this video.
