[edit] Plot

Lisa and Drew begin to have problems in their relationship when she gets jealous when Drew doesn't go on a date with her so that he can go shopping with Kate. At Winfred-Louder, the employees begin sucking up to Drew as he completes the annual performance evaluations. Mimi unexpectedly gets ahold of some of the evaluations, and she reveals that Drew made some critical remarks about Lisa. When Drew tries to hide the evaluation remarks from Lisa, she discovers the truth and becomes angry with Drew. Lisa believes that Drew was tougher on her so that people wouldn't accuse him of favoritism since they are dating. Drew insists that he was honest about her performance, and says that he was only doing his job, which Lisa feels that Drew's job comes before their relationship. Drew has some concerns about the way his new pants (that he bought shopping with Kate) fit; due to a tenting problem in the front, it appears he has an erection each time he sits down.

Because of all of the trouble that Mimi caused with Lisa's evaluation, Drew puts together a series of pranks to get revenge. When Lisa finds out about the pranks, she claims that her supervisor allowed her to see the evaluation; Mimi had nothing to do with it. Lisa attempts to persuade Drew in going home early to make time for her. However, Mimi shows up with a cast on her foot and announces that her sister is in the hospital. Drew tries to disable all of the pranks because of her current situation, and feels so guilty that he agrees to work for Mimi for the rest of the day. Afterwards, Mimi admits that she scammed Drew, as her sister was just undergoing liposuction. Because Drew left Lisa in the car all day without telling her he was going to work late, Lisa breaks up with him. Before she leaves the house, Drew quickly asks Lisa to move in with him in a desperate attempt to continue their relationship. At the conclusion of the episode, Drew is hanging above Mimi's desk at Winfred-Louder, similar to Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible. However, Mimi comes out of Mr. Bell's office and is about to cut his wire when Drew yells to Lewis to pull him back up.
