WDNC (AM)

WDNC is a sports talk radio station based in Durham, North Carolina with a frequency of 620 AM. Owned by McClatchey Broadcasting, WDNC goes by the handle 620 the Bull and is affiliated with the ESPN Radio Network. In addition, WDNC is the flagship station for the Duke Blue Devils and the Durham Bulls, and also carries broadcasts of the Charlotte Bobcats. The station is also home to an afternoon talk show featuring former ECU head football coach Steve Logan. [1]

Previously, it had been a talk radio station who shared a majority of its programming programming with WDNZ-AM (now WDOX) 570 in Raleigh, such as Dr. Laura, Dr. Joy Browne, and Paul Harvey.

WDNC's sister station is Raleigh-based WRBZ (goes by handle 850 the Buzz).
