WDAY is a television station in Fargo, North Dakota, NTSC Channel 6, ATSC Channel 21. It is owned by Forum Communications. Forum Communications also owns WDAY-AM 970, a news/talk station, WDAY's sister station is WDAZ channel 8 in Grand Forks, however WDAY-FM 93.7 is owned by Clear Channel Communications.

Forum also operates a CW affiliated digital subchannel of WDAY, Fargo CW, which is seen on digital channel 6-2 and on cable television throughout the area. Fargo CW replaced the cable-only WB affiliate "WBFG" on cable systems. WDAY had been an NBC affiliate until 1983 moving to the market's former ABC affiliate KVLY-TV (then KTHI-TV). WDAY's transmitter is located near Amenia, North Dakota.

WDAY's newscasts are usually more locally oriented than its compeitors, as WDAZ's newscasts concentrate on Grand Forks. Both stations' have the most watched newscasts in the Fargo/Grand Forks TV market.

The station also broadcasts some North Dakota State University football and basketball games as well as WDAZ-produced University of North Dakota hockey games.

Popular radio talk show host Ed Schultz began his broadcasting career at WDAY-TV and WDAY-AM as a sports anchor.

This WDAY logo in the station ID was used when it had NBC affiliation and KTHI (now KVLY) had ABC affiliation. It featured the stations then newsteam (from left: sportscaster Terry Dean, meteorolgist Dewey Bergquist and news anchor Marv Bossart, who is still at WDAY) and showed the temperature of Fargo (67 degrees)

Former WDAY logo introduced in 1983 when its affliliation changed to ABC. Variations of this logo were used until 2005.
