"WBAE-TV" "Alpena's CW" is the local CW affiliate in Alpena, Michigan. The WBAE callsign is fictional, as the station is a cable-only station. WBAE can be seen on cable channel 21 in the Alpena television market. The station is part of The CW Plus. WBAE offers The Daily Buzz newscast shown weekdays 6-9 AM.
Like most other CW Plus stations, WBAE was originally part of The WB network, through The WB 100+ Station Group, until The WB and UPN shut down in September of 2006 to form The CW. As a CW affiliate, there is no known logo for WBAE and the station does not have its own website. As a WB affiliate, there was no website as well.
