Wayne Valley High School is a comprehensive four-year public high school, one of the two high schools in Wayne, New Jersey, United States, as part of the Wayne Public Schools. Wayne Valley's school colors are blue and white, and Wayne Valley is the home of the Indians, The Tribe with Pride. Wayne Valley is known for its "tradition of excellence," both academically and athletically, and it has often been ranked among New Jersey's top public high schools.

Wayne Valley is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the New Jersey Department of Education.

Wayne Valley High School was the 72nd-ranked public high school in New Jersey out of 316 schools statewide, in New Jersey Monthly magazine's September 2006 cover story on the state's Top Public High Schools[1].

The Wayne Valley High School Indians participate in the nineteen-member Northern Hills Conference. The team is categorized by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) in North I, Group III.

The Wayne Valley football team made it to the North 1 Group 3 playoffs both in 2005 and 2006. In 2005, the Indians were second seeded behind Wayne Hills High School and beat Northern Valley Regional High School at Demarest 12-3 in the first round. Although, in the 2nd round - they lost to 3rd seeded Parsippany Hills High School 27-7. They went into the 2006 playoff 3rd seeded - losing only to Passaic Valley Regional High School. They faced the same school in the first round of playoffs and lost 49-20. Their cross-town counterpart, Wayne Hills High School, later won the North 1 Group 3 state title both years.
