Wayne Mason

Wayne Mason is a New Zealand musician who was born in New Plymouth in 1949. His best known song is "Nature" which was top in the Top 100 New Zealand Songs of All Time in 2001 and was included in the compilation Nature's Best. The song was covered by The Mutton Birds and Margaret Urlich.
He has been awarded Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit (MNZM) for his contribution to the music industry in New Zealand.
