- Rupertus Meldenius
I was born and raised in rural south Texas. I attended the University of Texas, graduating in 1986 with a BA in English. In 1990 I earned a Master of Divinity degree from the University of Chicago Divinity School. I am now semiretired after having worked in the publishing business for 15 years.
Wikipedia
I discovered Wikipedia one day while performing a Google search. A stickler for punctuation and grammar, I soon found myself editing. Today, I spend most of my time on Wikipedia copyediting and helping to fix/revert vandalism. I can often be found on Freenode IRC channels #wikipedia and #wikipedia-en-vandalism.
Etc.
For your exceptional efforts in adding quality copy-edits to diverse articles, I hereby award you The Barnstar of Diligence. Congratulations! Wizzy… ☎ 07:59, August 5, 2005 (UTC)
