You asked about my (extremely limited) knowledge of Hungarian: I've been there, once (a week in 1995, in Budapest and elsewhere), and I play Hungarian music here. You're right; it's one of the more exotic languages here.
By the way, having been to a few places in the country, I decided if I were to retire somewhere, I'd like to do it in Tihany. That was my favorite spot of all the places we visited. Just a little estate there with a vineyard and wine cellar ... ==ILike2BeAnonymous 19:29, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- I'm not absolutely certain wether this is the proper way to reply to Your message (my WikiPedia Talk page knowledge is a bit... limited), but here we go: Tihany is indeed a very nice place and a neat choice. The Abbey is beautiful as well and of course Lake Balaton is pretty cool, too (especially for tourists, since Lake Balaton-area is the most developped, well-equipped and clean of all the main touristic areas in the country). But I'm glad You liked Hungary.
