Waterway Recovery Group

The Waterway Recovery Group (WRG) [1] is the national co-ordinating body for voluntary labour on the inland waterways of Britain.

WRG run canal camps each year - typically week-long and open to volunteers young and old. The canal camps are 'working holidays' restoring canals throughout the country.

WRG also have regional groups across England, who co-ordinate weekend restoration projects.

WRG is a division of the Inland Waterway Association.
