Waterloo Bridge is a 1931 drama film made by Universal Pictures, directed by James Whale and produced by Carl Laemmle Jr.. The screenplay was by Benn Levy and Tom Reed from the popular Broadway play by Robert E. Sherwood. It starred Mae Clarke and Douglass Montgomery (appearing as Kent Douglass).

The story is about a chorus girl turned prostitute in World War I and her meeting and relationship with a naive, young soldier. Mae Clarke played the role of Myra Deauville, the chorus girl while Douglass Montgomery (Kent Douglass) took the role of Roy Cronin (an American soldier under Royal Canadian Forces). The film is also notable for featuring one of the earliest appearances by the actress, Bette Davis.
