The Waterbury-Arms Group (also known as the Waterbury Arms Group) is a Washington, DC-based boutique investment banking and private equity holdings firm. It was established in 1996 by two former managing directors of the now merged Chase Manhattan Bank. The bank has operations in several US cities including Pittsburgh and Washington, DC.
